NOTE: Cancellations will recevie a refund minus $30 until March 7, 2012. After March 7, registration fees are non-refundable.
Group Discount Information
Group discounts are available for groups of 6 or more.
- Group discounts are available on or before Mar. 7 at 11:59pm Eastern.
- Groups of 6-10 are eligible for a 5% discount off the current registration prices.
- Groups of 11 or more are eligible for a 10% discount off the current registration prices.
- Groups must register at the same time to receive the discount.
- I.E. After the group registration has been submitted, another registrant cannot be added to that same group registration.
- It is possible to register multiple groups from the same location. I.E. You may have one group of 11 register at the very early discount prices and then another group register separately at the early registration price level.
- To register a group: 1) have a group representative log on to their NANC profile, 2) go to the specific conference you are wanting to register for, 3) click on "Register Online" and choose the "register a group" option. From there you just "Add another registrant" for each person you desire to list from your group. The discount is applied when the final amount is calculated.
- Stipulations:
- A $30 fee will be charged for transferring a registration to another individual.
- Registrations fees from group registrations are non-refundable.
